Notably, a video, visualizing a dog sitting on a Doctor's chair inside the Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Chadoora, has gone viral on social media with the people reacting over the issue and calling it a serious matter.

As per KNO, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Budgam, Dr. Ayoub dismissed the video as an old clip and a deliberate attempt by miscreants to malign the image of government hospitals.
