Tashkent, Feb. 6 -- The Embassy of Uzbekistan held discussions with Charles Luton, head of the British farm "Aston Fruit Farm," and Jimmy Davis, executive director of the "Hops Labor Solutions" organization. The British were briefed on the goals of sending Uzbek professors to internships abroad for professional development.

Charles Luton praised Uzbekistan's reforms in human resource development. The British confirmed they could offer internships at Aston Fruit Farm for Uzbek students from Tashkent State Agrarian University and Samarkand Institute of Agricultural Innovations and Research. These internships aim to enhance students' agricultural knowledge and skills for future application.
