Tashkent, Sept. 18 -- The Ministry of Internal Affairs has prepared a bill that provides for administrative responsibility of drivers for loud music in the cabin of their cars. The document is available for discussion until October 3, 2020.

The document proposes to change part 1 of article 127 (aimless sound signal delivery, installation of sound and light devices in vehicles that are not provided by the manufacturer, as well as their reconstruction), adding a ban on the use of car recorders and other audio devices at high volume in localities.

In the current legislation, the fine for violation of part 1 of article 127 of the Administrative Code is 223 thousand soums. The Ministry proposes to increase the fine to 669 thousand soums.
