Tashkent, Feb. 24 -- Uzbekistan will implement eight projects worth $382 million in agriculture in cooperation with Italian companies. This was announced after a meeting between Minister of Agriculture Ibrahim Abdurahmanov and the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Italy to Uzbekistan, Agostina Pinna. Minister Abdurahmanov highlighted the strengthening relations between Uzbekistan and Italy in agriculture. Ambassador Pinna discussed the projects expected to be implemented and the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the agricultural ministries of both countries.
