UNDP to hold energy audit of rural housing in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, July 6 -- UNDP Uzbekistan, as a part of a joint project with GEF and the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan plans to conduct an energy audit of 60 houses, which will include typical rural houses without energy efficient facilities built in 2018 in the framework of the State Programme.
During this energy audit, the specialists will inspect the supply, distribution and energy consumption systems in both types of houses, which will help to compare the actual annual consumption of thermal and electric energy and determine the level of respective greenhouse gas emissions, as well as to collate the energy consumers' spending.
