Tashkent, April 22 -- On April 22, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine Yuri Savchenko, completing his diplomatic mission.
The sides discussed the state and prospects for the development of multi-faceted Uzbek-Ukrainian relations, primarily in the trade and economic sphere, where there is a significant untapped potential.
During the meeting, the Ambassador's long-term work on strengthening bilateral relations was commended.
The Ambassador, for his part, expressed his gratitude for the support of his diplomatic activities in Uzbekistan.
