Tashkent, March 18 -- Tourist arrivals from Belarus to Uzbekistan have surged by 26%, particularly after the recent visit of the Belarusian President to the "Amirsoy" resort complex in Uzbekistan. The rise in interest is evident, especially following his visit in February of this year.

The boost in tourism is seen as a positive outcome of efforts to promote mountain resorts within the Eurasian Mountain Resorts Alliance, exemplified by the recent festival held in Sochi's "Roza Khutor" complex. Discussions during the festival emphasized the importance of establishing a unified quality system for tourism services across mountain resorts to attract visitors from various countries.
