Uzbekistan, Feb. 20 -- Small logistics centers will be established in Asaka, Kitob, Baxmal, Khatirchi, and Fergana districts in 2025, with at least five more to follow in 2026. This initiative is outlined in the presidential decree.
According to the decree, these centers will include refrigerated storage facilities with a minimum capacity of 100 tons, as well as distribution hubs for seeds, seedlings, agrochemicals, and fertilizers.
Additionally, by March 1, 2025, the Uzex Agro e-commerce platform will be launched, facilitating direct sales of agricultural products from household plots and farms to international markets.
