Tashkent, Feb. 19 -- President Shavkat Mirziyoyev during his trip to Namangan met with journalists and named three "biggest problems and shortcomings" that hinder reforms and accelerated development of the country.

The first problem is personnel. According to Mirziyoyev, for many years, preschool, public and higher education remained unaddressed.

The second problem is corruption. "Corruption is everywhere. How to contain it? You have to understand one thing. We need to root out corruption. These are our first steps. For the first time in the history of Uzbekistan, we have created an Anti-Corruption Agency.
