Tashkent, June 19 -- Another issue included in the agenda of the fifth plenary session of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis was the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On engagement of citizens in the public order protection ".

The senators were unanimous in the opinion that the text of the Law is incomplete and it doesn't reflect exact mechanisms for implementing the planned measures.

In particular, article 7 of the Law stipulates that when citizens participate in the protection of public order, they cooperate with bodies and institutions directly involved in the prevention of offenses. However, the Law does not reflect their powers, rights and obligations.
