Tashkent, Jan. 21 -- Russian business group Renova has proposed to establish a joint venture in Uzbekistan for the production of solar panels. The Russian company also expressed its desire to participate in tenders for the construction of solar power plants in the Central Asian Republic. Details of cooperation were discussed at negotiations in Tashkent with the participation of the Minister of Energy of Uzbekistan Alisher Sultanov and the head of the Board of Directors of the Renova Group and the SKOLKOVO Foundation Viktor Vekselberg, the press service of the Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan said.
