Tashkent, June 29 -- The Namangan region of Uzbekistan will soon see the implementation of nearly two thousand projects worth over $1.6 billion dollars. This was announced during President Mirziyoyev's visit to the region on June 27.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev urged to improve the service sector in the region. Around $8 mln dollars will be channelled towards this direction. Some $226 million will be allocated to entrepreneurs, as coronavirus pandemic has hardly affected their businesses.
