Uzbekistan, April 8 -- On the margins of the Aral Culture Summit, the Foundation for the Development of Culture and Art of Uzbekistan and the United Nations Development Programme signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at supporting sustainable development in Karakalpakstan.
Today, this region faces more environmental challenges than other parts of Uzbekistan. In this context, the agreement is expected to lay the groundwork for implementing cultural and environmental initiatives by combining the expertise of international organizations with local capacities.
This memorandum marks a significant event within the Aral Culture Summit, reflecting a shared commitment to inclusive growth and sustainability.
