Tashkent, Jan. 29 -- A meeting, chaired by the President, addressed key priorities in housing, construction, communal economy, transport, and ecology. Currently, construction processes rely on the "resource method," detailing numerous conditions for workers, fuel, equipment, and specifications.

Notably, a shift to the "volume method" was proposed at the meeting. In this approach, the focus is on the contractor delivering the project on time and ensuring high quality. Addressing corruption concerns, a comprehensive restructuring of processes, from design to facility commissioning and control, was decided.
