Tashkent, Jan. 10 -- Employees of the Interior Ministry and the SSS terminated criminal activities of members of Religious-Extremist Movements (RET) "Jihadists", whose activities are banned in Uzbekistan.

According to reports, these individuals conducted illegal agitation among the population, spread the ideas of the rat "Jihadists", and also joined their ranks. In addition, they urged young people to become adherents of their dogmatic ideology, agitating to commit crimes by joining the ranks of international terrorist organizations in Syria.

It was established that the detainees had extremist materials, which were seized in a procedural manner.
