Uzbekistan, April 11 -- A cultural event dedicated to the memory of Abdulla Kadiriy, the founder of Uzbek novel writing, was hosted at the Customs Institute. The event aimed to honor his literary legacy and raise awareness among youth about the Jadid movement. Although his works were once banned, today they serve as a source of spiritual enrichment and intellectual growth for readers.
The event, commemorated Abdulla Kadiriy's birth anniversary. A major figure in the socio-cultural transformation of the early 20th century, Kadiriy made significant contributions to journalism and literature following the 1917 October Revolution.
