WASHINGTON, Jan. 13 -- Senator Todd Young issued the following press release:
Today, U.S. Senator Todd Young (R-Ind.), a member of the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and a group of Senate Republican colleagues sent a letter to U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Secretary Chris Wright urging action against Chinese foreign nationals accessing our DOE national laboratories and compromising American innovation in artificial intelligence, especially after the creation of the Genesis Mission on federal AI research.
In their letter, the senators wrote:
