In response to letters sent by U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Representative Dave Min (D-Calif.), and nine other members of Congress, giant corporations revealed new details about their donations to President Donald Trump's ballroom. Notably, Microsoft revealed that the company was solicited for ballroom donations by fundraisers. Meta and Nvidia did not deny possible quid-pro-quo arrangements. Some corporations reported their donations were given with spending conditions attached, while others said they donated with no conditions or restrictions.
