Today, U.S. Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock (D-GA) released the following statement on the illegal firing of Alvin Brown, a unanimously Senate-confirmed member of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). Brown's replacement will be voted on today in the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation despite pending litigation on the legality of Mr. Brown's firing.
