U.S. Senators Reverend Raphael Warnock (D-GA), Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE), and Jeff Merkley (D-OR) introduced the Restoring Essential Public Access and Improving Resilient (REPAIR) Infrastructure Program Act (https://www.bluntrochester.senate.gov/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/REPAIR-Infrastructure-Act-Full-Text.pdf). The bill would reauthorize and expand the U.S. Department of Transportation's (DOT) Reconnecting Communities Program as the REPAIR Infrastructure Program.
