Curt Hoyer, occupational safety and health specialist, U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz, was selected as the U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz February Service Culture Spotlight and recognized by the command group during a monthly town hall here, Feb. 7.
