ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,445,521, issued on Oct. 14, was assigned to Zoom Communications Inc. (San Jose, Calif.).

"Load balancing using multiple active session zones" was invented by Yongxiang Dai (Hefei, China), Yong Yang (San Jose, Calif.) and Hongjian Zhao (Campbell, Calif.).
