ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 9 -- United States Patent no. PP37,124, issued on Dec. 9, was assigned to Zhejiang Yangshengtang Institute of Natural Medication Co. Ltd (Zhejiang, China).

"Apple tree named 'Farmer NO.4'" was invented by Hongxun Wang (Xinjiang, China), Qiong He (Xinjiang, China), Zhiqiang Bai (Xinjiang, China) and Xiaobo Cheng (Xinjiang, China).
