ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,413,150, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to ZHEJIANG UNIVERSITY (Hangzhou, China).
"Switching mode power supply with zero voltage switching and the method thereof" was invented by Junming Zhang (Hangzhou, China) and Zhen Zhang (Nanjing, China).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A switching mode power supply with zero voltage switching is discussed. It adopts a first secondary signal generator and a second secondary signal generator to control a secondary switch circuit to be turned on once again after a current freewheeling process is over."
