ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,443,811, issued on Oct. 14, was assigned to Zebra Technologies Corp. (Lincolnshire, Ill.).

"Systems and method for enabling selective use of illumination color to capture appropriate data" was invented by Edward Barkan (Miller Place, N.Y.), Mark Drzymala (Saint James, N.Y.) and Darran Michael Handshaw (Sound Beach, N.Y.).
