ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,458,653, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to YUZU LV LLC (Las Vegas).

"Cannabis based therapeutic and method of use" was invented by Nicola Michael Spirtos (Las Vegas).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure relates to cannabinoid-based therapeutics, and their use in treating pain, e.g., chronic pain.
