ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,444,444, issued on Oct. 14, was assigned to Yield Microelectronics Corp. (Hsin-chu County, Taiwan).

"Multi-write read-only memory array" was invented by Yu-Ting Huang (Hsin-Chu County, Taiwan) and Chi-Pei Wu (Hsin-Chu County, Taiwan).
