ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,298,955, issued on May 13, was assigned to Yellowbrick Data Inc. (Mountain View, Calif.).
"Cache-aware system and method for identifying matching portions of two sets of data in a multiprocessor system" was invented by Thomas Kejser (Tallinn, Estonia) and Charles E. Gotlieb (San Juan, Puerto Rico).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A system and method matches data from a first set of data with that of an other set of data in a manner based on the size of a cache."
The patent was filed on Jan. 31, 2023, under Application No. 18/162,411.
