ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,355,766, issued on July 8, was assigned to Xerox Corp. (Norwalk, Conn.).

"Secure authentication and execution of applications on shared devices" was invented by James P. Gorski (Penfield, N.Y.), Donald L. Wegeng (Fairport, N.Y.) and Emily Katherine Anzalone (Rochester, N.Y.).
