US Patent Issued to Xcerra on June 17 for "Reflective and interference controlled absorptive contactor" (Minnesota, California, New York Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,334,988, issued on June 17, was assigned to Xcerra Corp. (Norwood, Mass.).

"Reflective and interference controlled absorptive contactor" was invented by Yukang Feng (San Jose, Calif.), Jason Mroczkowski (Stillwater, Minn.), Nadia Steckler (Lino Lakes, Minn.), Aaren Lonks (Hadley, N.Y.), Martin Cavegn (Lino Lakes, Minn.), James Hattis (Minnetonka, Minn.) and Michael Hanks (Rosemount, Minn.).
