ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,337,733, issued on June 24, was assigned to WONDERLAND SWITZERLAND AG (Steinhausen, Switzerland).

"Child safety seat" was invented by Zhengwen Guo (Dongguan, China).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A child safety seat includes: a base; a connector pivotally connected to the base via a pivot shaft and configured to be connected to a locking interface associated with the vehicle seat; a damper configured to maintain the connector in the initial pivotal position."
