ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,446,180, issued on Oct. 14, was assigned to Wolfspeed Inc. (Durham, N.C.).

"High power multilayer module having low inductance and fast switching for paralleling power devices" was invented by Daniel Martin (Fayetteville, Ark.), Brice McPherson (Fayetteville, Ark.) and Alexander Lostetter (Fayetteville, Ark.).
