ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,392,821, issued on Aug. 19, was assigned to WOLFSPEED INC. (Durham, N.C.).

"Thermal and electrical conductivity between metal contacts utilizing spring pin connectors" was invented by Alexander Komposch (Morgan Hill, Calif.), Jason R. Fender (Chandler, Ariz.), Eric Jacob Palsgaard (Morgan Hill, Calif.), Douglas John Kroon (Morgan Hill, Calif.), Matthew Kirke Mellor (Hollister, Calif.) and Donald I. Fowlkes (San Jose, Calif.).
