ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,463,505, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to Wobben Properties GmbH (Aurich, Germany).
"Generator of a wind turbine" was invented by Hussam Daboul (Sudbrookmerland, Germany).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present application relates to a generator comprising: a stator, a rotor, in particular having a rotor band, and a heat pipe assembly which is thermally connected to the rotor in order to conduct heat which is generated by the rotor, in particular during operation of the generator."
The patent was filed on Feb. 1, 2021, under Application No. 17/795,771.
