ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,532,866, issued on Jan. 27, was assigned to WiSys Technology Foundation Inc. (Madison, Wis.).

"Adhesive patch with film overlay for the application and containment of soluble or less viscous materials on skin" was invented by Sylvia Kehoe (Hudson, Wis.) and John Obielodan (Platteville, Wis.).
