ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,413,047, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (Madison, Wis.).
"High-power, single-spatial-mode quantum cascade lasers" was invented by Luke J. Mawst (Sun Prairie, Wis.), Thomas L. Earles (Verona, Wis.), Christopher A. Sigler (Dayton, Ohio) and Dan Botez (Madison, Wis.).
