ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,251,496, issued on March 18, was assigned to Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (Madison, Wis.).
"Wavy multi-component vascular grafts with biomimetic mechanical properties, antithrombogenicity, and endothelial cell affinity" was invented by Lih-Sheng Turng (Madison, Wis.) and Hao-Yang Mi (Madison, Wis.).
