ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,371,468, issued on July 29, was assigned to Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (Madison, Wis.) and EMORY UNIVERSITY (Atlanta).

"Variable lymphocyte receptors that target the blood brain barrier and methods of use" was invented by Eric V. Shusta (Madison, Wis.), Jason M. Lajoie (Madison, Wis.) and Brantley R. Herrin (Madison, Wis.).
