ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,308,076, issued on May 20, was assigned to Winbond Electronics Corp. (Taichung, Taiwan).

"Memory device and erasing method thereof" was invented by Ying-Shan Kuo (Hsinchu County, Taiwan), Lung-Chi Cheng (Hsinchu County, Taiwan) and Ju-Chieh Cheng (Taichung, Taiwan).
