ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,369,279, issued on July 22, was assigned to Western Digital Technologies Inc. (San Jose, Calif.).

"Non-planar antennas for portable storage devices" was invented by Aadesh Gupta (Bengaluru, India) and Sudhan Immanuel G (Bengaluru, India).
