"Non-volatile memory die with deep learning neural network" was invented by Rami Rom (Zichron-Yacov, Israel), Ofir Pele (Hod Hasharon, Israel), Alexander Bazarsky (Holon, Israel), Tomer Tzvi Eliash (Kfar Saba, Israel), Ran Zamir (Ramat Gan, Israel) and Karin Inbar (Ramat-Hasharon, Israel).
