ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,546,838, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY BOARD OF GOVERNORS ON BEHALF OF WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY (Morgantown, W.va.).
