US Patent Issued to WASEDA UNIVERSITY on Aug. 5 for "Laminate, single crystal diamond substrate and method of producing same" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,378,691, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to WASEDA UNIVERSITY (Tokyo).

"Laminate, single crystal diamond substrate and method of producing same" was invented by Hiroshi Kawarada (Tokyo), Wenxi Fei (Tokyo) and Aoi Morishita (Tokyo).
