ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,333,487, issued on June 17, was assigned to Walmart Apollo LLC (Bentonville, Ark.).
"In-scope and out-of-scope RFID-based item management" was invented by Sara Vaught (Centerton, Ark.), Jeffrey S. Cruz (Bentonville, Ark.), Donald Busse (Bentonville, Ark.), Mike Graen (Fayetteville, Ark.) and Abiy Hailemichael (Sterling, Va.).
