ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,258,915, issued on March 25, was assigned to VOLVO TRUCK Corp. (Gothenburg, Sweden).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An engine system for a vehicle is provided. The engine system includes a first and a second turbine arrangement arranged in parallel with each other. A rotational speed of a first turbo arrangement is controlled in response to a distance between a first compressor map position and a surge line of a compressor map being below a predetermined threshold distance."
