ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,499,020, issued on Dec. 16, was assigned to VOLUMEZ TECHNOLOGIES LTD. (Tel Aviv, Israel).
"Method and system for distributed LVM" was invented by Jonathan Amit (Omer, Israel).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A centralized orchestrator configured to be the only resource managing the distributed LVMs whereby orchestrator is further configured to queue parallel operations on the distributed LVM, making sure only one operation is performed at a time, without a cluster."
