ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,365,960, issued on July 22, was assigned to Voestalpine BOHLER Edelstahl GmbH & Co. (Kapfenberg, Austria) and Schoeller-Bleckmann Oilfiend Technology (Ternitz, Austria).
