ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,491,269, issued on Dec. 9, was assigned to VIVOS INC. (Richland, Wash.).

"Radioactive yttrium phosphate suspension and method of preparing the same" was invented by Michael Korenko (Pasco, Wash.) and David Swanberg (Kennewick, Wash.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A radioactive yttrium phosphate suspension, including a phosphate buffered saline solution and a plurality of radioactive yttrium phosphate particles suspended in the phosphate buffered saline solution. The plurality of radioactive yttrium phosphate particles are between 0.1 um to 2 um in diameter. The plurality of radioactive yttrium phosphate particles are generally spherical. ...
