ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,479,760, issued on Nov. 25, was assigned to Vitro Flat Glass LLC (Cheswick, Pa.).
"Nanoparticle coater" was invented by James W. McCamy (Export, Pa.), Cheng-Hung Hung (Wexford, Pa.), Mehran Arbab (Pasadena, Calif.) and Abhinav Bhandari (Cranberry Township, Pa.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A nanoparticle coater includes a housing; a nanoparticle discharge slot; a first combustion slot; and a second combustion slot."
The patent was filed on Dec. 28, 2021, under Application No. 17/563,247.
