ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,476,038, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to Vishay Dale Electronics LLC (Columbus, Neb.).
"Nested flat wound coils forming windings for transformers and inductors" was invented by Matthew J. Foley (Berwick, Maine).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An electro-magnetic device is provided, including a first winding set of nested windings, and a second winding set of nested windings positioned adjacent to the first winding set.
